From my research karate kid should be a 5 screw cause all 5 screws were made before 1988

Great write up, but I agree that collecting the back variants is pretty fruitless since they can be swapped out so easily.

ever since i heard i want to be the one, the first track on get equipped ive followed this band pretty closely as much as i like get equipped i can’t decide whether i like the history of repeating blue or get equipped better and i can’ only wonder whats to come. Yea alot of things were done in Blue….but, who’s to say this band won’t represent some of the already done megaman 3 themes in Red in a new light that makes them seem new and fresh in addition to the stuff that has not been done?…..plus, in my opinion and maybe ive missed something ive never heard the bands commentary on these albums and itd be interesting to talk to them about it…if it was possible. but, since get equipped ive always felt like through these songs that there is an overall narrative being told, which is continued on in the newest album…

and idk if im breathing to much into this music. but, it add on to why i love these songs, and idk i feel like even though theres stuff is fanmade…i feel like it adds depth to the megaman games. I acknowledge there albums as honorary cannon , cause it doesn’t conflict with any story presented in the game, actually it adds to it i feel. this is why i love the megas they go beyond the cover and they make music that while it use music from the games, it feels fresh and new in a way.

but, idk this gives me idea of what could be going through the individual robot masters heads, on how they feel and what they think, and how they view what they are doing.

and you feel like ur hearing they things that are going on inside megamans mind. and while X was the first robot to have free will….you think even with that in mind maybe megaman was something more than just a simple robot programmed to fight, maybe he is aware of what he is doing like we are, maybe megaman has some form of emotion or cognitive thought…idk maybe in that world robotics is that advanced…so maybe megaman feels regret for what he is doing but, feels he must do it to bring peace or something…..

and then i feel repeating blue expands upon and continues the story that was started in Get Equipped. and now in three we get to add protoman into the mix, and roll…as im pretty sure don’t mess with magnetman feels like some kinda creepy and hilarious ballad to Roll…or idk thats what im picking up from it…..

Idk and maybe, im thinking to much of the games when i listen to these songs…but, in this song her or the girl here seems to be most likely Roll…she has a brother with a loaded gun….megaman…a buster can is basically a gun….hell she kinda has two…protoman as well…even though at this point in three he is kindaish one of the bad guys…(which, makes for good song material in itself….the relationship between megaman and protoman or even Dr. Thomas Light and protoman and so on)…

but, from what Don’t Mess With Magnetman sounds like to me based on how im interpreting the lyrics…..Magnetman has a thing for role, and is rejected or w/e stuff happens…and before and after magnetman kinda developes this fantasy in his head that he and roll are meant to be …even though its not and things get creepy and megaman is called in and stuff happens…idk…..idk this song regardless just seems humorous to me its great….i love this album.

I should have stated that I thought it was the strongest, ASIDE from the premiere. I need to edit that. Also, I completely agree about the awful office romances. The show has given the viewers no plausible reason to care about the Jim/Maggie/Don love triangle, and, more damning to the show, Will and MacKenzie have no chemistry. If anything, they feel like argumentative siblings rather than a former couple. There’s no undercurrent of any romantic feelings, past or present, between the two. While I have praised the casting of Emily Mortimer from the start and continue to blame the writing for her lackluster performance, I must admit that she has done little to make MacKenzie likable.

I am optimistic that the show will improve, even though there is little evidence that it will. Sorkin cleaned house in the writer’s room, so maybe Season 2 will be an improvement … but since he’ll continue to be the head writer for every episode, I’m not sure how much rejuvenating the new blood will be.
